Jack Rosenberg
Senior Vice President

Director of Advisory & Production at our Parent Company, Rosenberg and Parker, and a Senior Vice President at Universal Service Agency – he represents the 3rd generation of Rosenberg Producers at R&P
Began his career at Susquehanna International Group, where he was an Equity Research Associate
Co-founded Pause, a health and wellness technology start-up focused on increasing employee wellness and productivity
At Universal, Jack oversees the company’s strategic growth initiatives and is also responsible for servicing Universal’s larger commercial and contract surety clients
Obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University and currently resides in Philadelphia
A devoted Philly sports fan, he enjoys attending games for the Eagles, Sixers, Flyers and Phillies

Oversees the bond administration staff for Rosenberg & Parker and Universal Service Agency, and helps to build relationships with our sureties and clients
Has nearly two decades of experience in surety underwriting, handling both commercial and contract surety needs for domestic and international clients
Is a member and past President of the Philadelphia Surety Association, past board and active member of the local chapter of the Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA), and active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), and member of the national CFMA’s Publications Advisory Committee
Awarded one of CFMA’s inaugural 40 under 40 awards in 2021
Featured in City & State’s 2022 Construction Power 75, a Pennsylvania state publication identifying leaders in the construction industry
Graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing
Lives with her foodie-chef husband, Zach, and their live-in food critics/dogs, Cody & Skylar

Responsible for developing new client and agency relationships, including contractors, developers, insurance agencies, and various commercial companies
Is a member of the Construction Financial Managers Association and serves on the Membership Committee (CFMA), the General Building Contractors Association as a member of the Construction Leadership Council (GBCA), and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC)
Graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Finance and Minor in Management Information Systems
In his spare time, he enjoys attending Penn State football games, spending time on the golf course, skiing, and relaxing on the beach with family and friends

Began her career in surety with Universal Service Agency in 2001. Currently supervises the daily operations of the bond department
Licensed Property and Casualty Agent since 2003, Pennsylvania Notary Public and Licensed Pennsylvania Realtor since 2013
Special Education / Related Arts Dance Major at Bucks County Community College (Phi Theta Kappa) and Kutztown University
Loves spending time with her family and two French Bulldogs, camping, watching home renovation and paranormal shows as well as historic documentaries and enjoys community service and giving back to the community

Began her career at Universal Service Agency in 2005 as the Office Manager and currently also oversees the Renewal Department
Strong believer in good customer service and provides this to all of our customers
Graduated from Philadelphia University with an Associates in Science in Occupational Therapy
Enjoys the outdoors, shopping and spending time with her family and three rescue dogs.
