Richard Bredow
Senior Vice President, Surety

Richard Bredow is the Senior Vice President of Surety at Universal Service Agency, Inc. in Fort Washington, PA.  He oversees direct client and sub broker relations and internal business practices.  He has over 15 years of experience running surety only agencies as a manager and client liaison.

He began his surety career with JW Bond Consultants in 2007 and quickly became the Vice President of Commercial Surety in charge of underwriting and sales in Plumsteadville, PA. Following JW Bond Consultants, Inc. and prior to signing on with Universal Service Agency, Rick worked for USG Insurance Services, Inc. in Canonsburg, PA and was charged with creating the surety bond division from scratch.

Rick is licensed in all 50 states and writes bonds direct to the public and also for numerous insurance agents that do not have a surety bond department.

Rick is very active with his church youth group and a local organization called BoldHope that serves the people of Haiti providing children education, schooling, and meals.

Rick resides in Doylestown, PA with his wife Gwen, and their two daughters.

Jack Rosenberg 
Senior Vice President

Jack Rosenberg is a Producer at our Parent Company, Rosenberg and Parker, and a Senior Vice President at Universal Service Agency. He represents the 3rd generation of Rosenberg Producers at R&P.

Jack began his career at Susquehanna International Group, where he was an Equity Research Associate. At Susquehanna he produced fundamental financial research on publicly traded Large Cap Financial and Internet companies for institutional investors. After four years at Susquehanna he Co-founded Pause, a health and wellness technology start-up focused on increasing employee wellness and productivity.

At Universal, Jack oversees the company’s strategic growth initiatives. Jack is also responsible for servicing Universal’s larger commercial and contract surety clients. In addition to helping place our clients and agency partners’ larger bond needs, Jack frequently acts in an advisory capacity allowing Universal’s clients and agency partners to make informed decisions as their businesses grow. 

At Rosenberg & Parker, Jack is responsible for servicing new client programs, collaborating on strategic growth initiatives, as well as helping to cultivate and maintain new industry relationships. Behind the scenes, he has immersed himself in learning different facets of the business and industry. He is a member of the General Building Contractors Association (GBCA), Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC), Utility & Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA), Delaware Contractors Association (DCA), and Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS).

Jack obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Colgate University and currently resides in Philadelphia. As a devoted Philly sports fan, he enjoys attending games for the Eagles, Sixers, Flyers and Phillies.  Also an avid golfer, Jack hits the links wherever and whenever he can.

Patricia Marinucci
Vice President

Patricia Marinucci started her career at Universal Service Agency in 1991 working as the bookkeeper in the accounting department, then transitioned into underwriting.  In 2000, Pat gained the title of Vice President, in which she still holds today. In her role as Vice President, she oversees accounting, renewals, underwrites large commercial accounts, program business, and fidelity. 

Pat currently lives in Horsham, PA with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family.

Nolan Steele 
Producer

Nolan Steele works in business development at Universal Service Agency. Nolan joined our Parent Company, Rosenberg & Parker, in 2017 as a Surety Analyst. After taking the time to learn the ins and outs of processing bonds, Nolan decided to pursue the sales side of the business. He now focuses on generating new agency partnerships and servicing accounts in the small commercial and construction sectors. Nolan also specializes in placing start-up contractors in the SBA bond program.  

Nolan has been an active member in the General Building Contractors Association (GBCA), the Construction Financial Managers Association (CFMA), Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA). Prior to working at R&P, he worked in investment real estate where he researched and monitored construction projects across the Philadelphia region.

Nolan has spent most of his life in the Philadelphia area, growing up in Paoli before attending Temple University where he graduated with a degree in History. He currently resides in Northern Liberties which provides him easy access to the South Philadelphia Sports Complex via the subway where he can often be found attending Eagles, Phillies, Flyers and 76ers games. As an avid outdoorsman, when he is not working or attending sports events, he can often be found running around Philadelphia, hiking local trails, camping in national and state parks or fishing the Chesapeake Bay.

Linda Leboffe
Surety Analyst

Linda started her insurance career in 1977 with John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company as a stenographer.  In 1989, she joined Universal Service Agency. As a Surety Analyst, she processes contract and miscellaneous bond requests, interacting with agents and surety underwriters.  She is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and Notary Public.

Linda is an avid dog lover and volunteers & donates at local rescue organization.  Her favorite rescue is Milo, a 12 year old Malti-Poo who has stolen her heart.

Sue Geyer
Office Manager

Sue Geyer began her career at Universal Service Agency over 10 years ago and serves as the Office Manager. In addition to answering and triaging all of the incoming calls, she assist with all renewals and cancellations. 

Sue currently resides in Bensalem, PA with her husband, two kids and three rescue dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
